Resetting Your Countdown Clock Keychain

In the event that you inadvertently change either the countdown date of your Countdown Clock Keychain, or the current date, we have included some instructions below for resetting the time.

To Reset the Current Time:

1. Press the SET button on the back of the Countdown Clock Keychain then press the M1 button while the current time is displaying. The year should begin to flash.

2. Press the SET button to set the year.

3. Press the M1 button again and the month should begin to flash. Use the SET button to set the month. Repeat this process to set the day, hour, minute and a.m./p.m..

To Reset the Timer to the next Presidential Inauguration day (January 20th 2009):

1. Press the M2 button once. Press the SET button once and you should see the digits representing the year begin to flash. Set the year by pressing the SET button until it reads 2009.

2. Press the M2 button again to select the month and set it to January using the SET button..

3. Press the M2 button one more time to set the day to 20 then press SET.

4. Press the M2 button one final time to return the Bush Timer display to countdown mode.

That's it! You can resume the countdown for that glorious day when your favorite candidate takes his place in the White House!
